Former Employee Started off well but became extremely toxic quickly
The marketing team was a revolving door of people coming in and out and the reps have 0 idea what they’re doing. If the SEs weren’t as good as they were they’d be plummeting because 80% of the reps have 0 idea what they’re doing. Add on toxic leadership and 0 processes and it’s a mess. You’ll be slacked on weekends or at night for something that can be handled the next day. The product is good but the toxicity is unbearable
