Great product however the leadership is poor and indecisive, last of experience and direction holds the business back. Base pay low for the role and target above industry standards, not many reps hit target.

Terrible experience. There C-Suite has turned over 3 times in the last 5 years. Multiple rounds of layoffs. No clear opportunity for advancement. Cymulate prefers to hire outside the organization.
