Globally super toxic. Not a single region where personell is not being changed like underwear. You talk back you get fired within 48 hours. Leadership including senior management has no idea of business in regions outside of HQ. Every single employee is afraid of being laid off on a daily basis. Goals are not even close to realistic, as the best reps reach 70% attainment - and that’s globally speaking. Only pro? The technology is good. That’s it.

Terrible experience. There C-Suite has turned over 3 times in the last 5 years. Multiple rounds of layoffs. No clear opportunity for advancement. Cymulate prefers to hire outside the organization.
