Current Employee I was hired on as an account manager 1. This job is good for people who would trade income potential for a stress-free, low pressure job. Benefits are great. People are nice. Other than that this is a poorly managed company in terms of training support and operations. Also, since DLT was acquired by TD Synnex, the company has gotten worse. The main example of this is commissions are now capped at 3x base monthly salary. I don’t see this company growing from here. All signs indicate that this company will continue to go downhill
