Current Employee My overall experience has ne feeling stuck in an illogical sales cycle. They don't know how to accurately forecast or set sales goals and It is a forgone conclusion that you will hit goals one year and not the next.
"Too many line cooks in the kitchen & not enough head chefs or sous chefs."
The product is fun to sell & you can justify your efforts without fear of backlash, but the incentives are not exhilarating.
