Much change in senior leadership with multiple CEOs over the past decade. The company is ran by the board and isn’t focused on customer engagement or driving new innovation that push the boundaries of increasing production from the overall industry.

Lots of changes in the compensation structure including 2 changes mid year.

Used to be better and hopefully it gets better in the near future. Current compensation plan is complicated and does not incentivize a sales rep to sell as much as possible. Also, commission percentage is different for each rep based on territory size/budget

My overall experience at this company has been fine. The marketing tools and sales aids that they supply their reps with are great. Most of the reps are friendly and welcoming. The company is still rather political and corporate once you get higher up however.
