My overall experience was good and I enjoyed working with everyone at the organisation but the role was stagnant.. With opportunities for growth, few and far between - it's a great place to start your career but there aren't enough internal levers to control how you can grow in the role or the company quickly. Each promotion is 3-4 years away even with record performance.
