Too many CXO levels that don't understand the business, making tons of changes that impact territories and service. No support, no training, unrealistic goals, was promised and OTE of $150k which was never obtainable. Great product though.

My overall experience was fair, however the company was constantly in the mode of marketing its own business for sale to equity partners. This shifted the focus from growing the business and its offerings, to cutting benefits, R&D, and necessary expenses to make itself appear more profitable.
