Complete disappointment. The majority of education customers cancelled between 2017 -2020 because of increased cost for software that can't do anything close to what previous offerings do. They also charge ridiculous implementation fees, which can double and sometimes triple the cost.

The company fired the SDR VP and failed to find a replacement for 6 months. There is no development and is essentially a call center. I’m my first 3 weeks I noticed their comp plan rewarded certain vertices more over others and apparently not a single person in management or HR had realized this. My overall experience has been mixed. I think the experience varies significantly depending on which vertical you are in. Some of the benefits are great, but lots of times I feel like I am not supported on my team and the culture could definitely be better post acquisition.
