Poor poor leadership and strategic direction - Leadership has an insistence on micromanagement approach to be involved in all deals. No trust shown to AE's to manage sales cycle. Regional sales leaders are there too long, have not got the experience to build culture and winning mentality in their teams. Quite frankly, their performance in other organisations would have seen them out of a job long ago.

ELMO was once a great place to work, however mediocrity has been reward time and time again in the name of favouritism. If you don’t work in the head office senior management don’t care about you.

Elmo has good suite of solutions and provides market fit for HR. Their sales structure is not as defined compared to other SaaS organisations. Leadership change is underway and that could change things.
