Product market fit is high, but sales team is encouraged to sell vaporware. All teams are stretch too thin and company works in silos. Minimal support for both employees and customers.

I'm appreciate to have a job, but I would not recommend ESO. The culture is toxic. Customers are leaving in droves due to support and product failures, but Sr leadership just blames the sales staff.

Brought us in on the hospital side and unfortunately had an entire team attempting to sell vapor ware. None of the team hit the arbitrary blanket quotas that were given out
