Eaton is a good company to work for with many good people. It is the type of company where people stay for a long time and make lifelong careers, which can be good and bad. Very stable. There are opportunities to move within different divisions, however you have to network and put in the effort. Lots of good benefits and overall a good, steady culture. Not fast paced growth, just steady as most similar large companies in the industry.

Companies culture is lacking, leadership doesn't follow processes. As a person of color, you will never feel the inclusivity in regards to their "inclusion & diversity commitment.

Management is changing up incentives from sales/invoicing to orders now. Even though during the past 2 years we’ve been incentivized on sales/invoices when the factory could not deliver.
