Overall the company has a solid culture, career progression, and the team leadership has been great. The vast majority of individuals I have interacted with are great to work with so I have no complaints in terms of culture and career growth. Financial compensation is an area that needs improvement in order to retain employees, as exceeding expectations does not guarantee any meaningful compensation increase but only more workload.

Pros: BDRs Are helping to generate leads, and despite not being many of them, there are more inbounds than I've seen at some competitors.
