Former Employee The C-Level leadership come from the Steve Jobs school of management. The beatings will continue until morale improves. If you can stay out of their range you’ll survive.
The company is currently in a major crisis. Their product is king in the USA and France due to govt regulations. Everywhere else the product has to compete with much lower cost competitors that are as good or better. It’s a struggle.
Quota used to be relatively easy to hit. With the demands and changes it’s become nearly impossible.
