The company has no plan. They don’t know their target market. No data around personas, deal length, deal size. If you cover the major accounts you do well and you make club year after year. If you don’t have major existing customers you will fail.

Entrust has a great culture. Co-workers are friendly and management is supportive. My biggest complaints are that our service is lacking and that our marketing generated leads are not very detailed
