This used to be a really great place to work, however the pandemic killed the culture and it never recovered. Base salary was always well below market however commissions used to be quite generous, but highly dependent on territory. The product was ahead of it's time, but competitors have now caught up and the focus has become less about innovation (product dev was moved to India). PE bought the company in 2021 and layoffs started shortly after.
