Equinix is an amazing company that has market relevance and a good product. Recent leadership changes has affected sales compensation and even some product changes that impact customers and the sales org. RSUs and sign on bonuses are great for all new staff.

My overall experience was positive with respect to my role. Compensation is competitive within the market, there are significant inbound opportunities and the product fit is the best in the industry.
