Erie has been a great Company to work for. Grown from 8 locations and $25 million revenue to 100+ locations and $660 million revenue. Great growth opportunities and continues to be tons of room to expand into management. Comp is good. Fun workplace.

My overall experience was ok, Decent commission structure, lots of individual tasks and limitations. Must be able to invest a lot into yourself. Money for gas, wear and tear on your car, time and no base salary to support. Lots of upside and potential for income.

It's a role that is 100% commission-based, so if you don't get the appropriate training or you simply have no good connection with your team, then people end up quitting because they stop learning and therefore they don't make any money

Positives: Great pay potential. Training can be helpful to those new to a sales career. Negatives: A large portion of compensation will go towards gas and vehicle repair. No reimbursement.
