Current Employee My overall experience has been positive. There is a lack of transparency with the senior leadership team that sometimes drives a wedge between departments. Frequently changing priorities that are driven by the PE firm stymie progress of the sales team. Role transfers within the business receive no training or specificity on KPIs short of their comp plan. Frequent turnover for mid-senior level roles and constant moves at lower levels of the business make it very difficult to gain tribal knowledge needed to be successful. At this point it’s become a joke internally. This is a company best suited for a self-starter that isn’t afraid to fail fast and move forward keeping their eyes open and mouth shut to avoid internal politics and strife.
