Current Employee Great culture and people. Many changes to employee assessment process and lots of work to enhance culture and work environment. Base compensation is the key driver in this company. Rateable base salary increases between 5% and 15% depending on performance + RSU’s. Benefits include: defined benefit pension + matching savings + medical & dental insurance. Great if you’re patient and in it for the long haul.
