Former Employee I think you can succeed with this company but it really depends on what team you join and who your upline is. And if your brand new to truly understand what the insurance world is like and to ask the right questions. I think a lot of people fail because there sold a dream that if you work hard and do xyz you will succeed. That’s not always the case due to leads that you buy ( and yes there is such things as bad leads) that your company or upline profits from, chargebacks, not being properly trained and understanding what your selling/doing, being gaslit on why your struggling that it’s all your fault and not the systems put in place that someone at 20 years old made up. I think this company can work for the right people who are around the right leaders but understand it’s a wheel that’s hard to get off once you start. Choose wisely
