Too many pitfalls that can derail your progress. Even if you successfully build a pipeline, it can easily be wiped out by one bad month, or rate or carrier changes completely outside of your zone of control. Commissions paid subject to clawback

Really enjoyed the work environment because managers and newbies would all be on the same zoom call with breakout rooms, and as a newbie, to get real time feedback every call was priceless

Good commission. Not everything is 100%. That’s for sure. They push Americo because it gives you the most money and the firm but a lot of times isn’t the best product at all. But, depends on your manager. I had a great one who helped me with product knowledge so I could ACTUALLY help people. So it was good while it lasted. No complaints here.
