Great place to work. Would prefer to have an office for continued training, but they adjust well. Comp is a bit lower than average, but the lead flow is strong and the product can sell itself for the right people. There are a lot of really good people here to learn from.

They pay poorly. Product is great however to process any order is a true nightmare. They are invested in sales reps that are working on Hilti Managed accounts but outside of those select reps not much else. Leadership turnover is frequent and seems to be declining.

My experience has been solid so far! If the base pay was a little bit higher & we added integrations to compete w/ Procore, this would be the best place out there.
