Current Employee Was a great place to work when i was first hired, very classic BDR experience of prospecting and creating cadences, OB function has now been completely automated removing all control from your BOB however the TAM is pretty small and the contacts we get aren't great. Still a good place to be, but not the best BDR experience anymore. Majority of team also does not hit quota.
