Folloze paid well and the people/culture was great, but the product did not fit in a massive Martech space. Leadership transitioned the goals of the company too often. If you talked poorly about the product (even if you are honest) you would be frowned upon. Especially the data on the reporting page… Some of the reports data did not make sense and leadership wanted everyone to just pretend everything is working very well. There have been multiple rounds of layoffs and the stability of the company was up and down.

Customer LTV is super high and retention is great. So the leadership team understands that they need to have attractive base salaries to make up for the fact that you'll be lucky to hit 50% of quota. Eat what you kill. marketing is understaffed, leading to a existent inbound flow.
