How would you assess the sales leadership team at Fourth in terms of training and mentorship for their sales team? From your perspective, would you advocate for joining the sales department at Fourth based on your interaction with the sales leadership?

It's such a shame what happened to Fourth. Used to be a great place to work and the executive leadership team (the CEO especially) have put this company in shambles. There are still good people that work there, but they're not in leadership and they put up with a lot of BS and horrible direction/strategy from the higher-ups.

The sales leadership is absolutely atrocious. The CRO is stuck in the 1980s - our Sales Kickoff theme was SPIN Selling, he uses AI to create keynote PowerPoint decks, and he has given full presentations on his belief that sellers need to be dishonest to be successful. I would not recommend joining.

I've been with Fourth less than a year.  Right away I was impressed with most folks in the company, there are some pretty smart people here.  In a recent All Hands Global meeting 20+ people were recognized for 10+ years with the company.  Sales leadership, from my perspective and the team I'm on, is great.  My manager is involved, helpful, clears obstacles and not a micromanager.  The executive team is engaged in my team as well, their support has been helpful.
Having said that, there is no perfect company.  Not every day is rosey.  And far and few sales orgs are successful today.

Clinton Anderson is hilariously unfit to be a CEO anywhere and it trickles down from there.  He's self-serving, lazy, and lacks any sort of empathy. Sad what's happened to the company with him at the helm.
