Enjoyed my experience at this organization, both pre-merger as a 'startup' operating in the US and after the merger with HotSchedules. Product and solutions are geared specifically for the hospitality industry's unique employment and inventory challenges, and the support & implementation team were all industry veterans and incredibly knowledgeable.

My overall time at Fourth was a Lok, but marked with mgmt indecision and poor strategy execution. There is demand for the products, but market fit is just ok and no centralized leader driving to solve it.
