Current Employee Fourth has a decent to strong product but has struggled aligning its goals with realistic numbers. Only one rep in the US hit Quota this past year, who has since left the company. There is a high rate of hiring and firing and the plan this year is essentially to keep doing what we’re doing but with a higher quota.
This is best evidenced by the fact the CEO gave the same keynote speech this year he did last year. Same anecdotal stories and everything. The product is a good fit so a strong year for the industry could cause things to improve but the disconnect between the C-Suite’s vision and reality is going to be tough to overcome pending a change.
