Former Employee The base I negotiated was excellent, I loved my fellow BDR's, and it was clear that the GTM team and company culture was excellent pre acquisition, but we were continuously squeezed and shafted throughout as our accounts were changed to tiny Adobe accounts with little to no PMF at an enterprise price point for SMB's. The atmosphere was presided over by poor, or new and well meaning but inexperienced leadership, and the environment put BDR's and AE's at odds with each other unnecessarily. The AE team was over-hired and the AE's that were reasonable with BDR's and competent were let go, while cut-throat ones were rewarded. There were great benefits and a lot of kind people in the organization despite the conditions. OTE was attainable for most Mid-Market BDR's and AE's in the few months post acquisition, but quickly became out of reach for more than 1 or 2 BDR's per month. No doubt the current market may have made things tougher.
