Frontify has provided me with many growth opportunities from starting as an SDR and moving to a closing AE role. Early on I was able to succeed as the outbound sales motion was new in the US, so my achievements gathered visibility from leadership, which helped propel me into a closing role. Frontify is an amazing product; however, like many saas companies in today's climate, selling has been tricky in the States and our goals are aggressive to align with company goals.

Lack of CRO for 12 months, lots of people in leadership positions who are not capable of doing their jobs, CEO hires his friends and promotes people who have been working there for a long time but have no capacity of running their departments, heavy on OUtbound, only a few top performers achieving their quotas, huge salary discrepancy between regions
