I love Fundraise Up. It's a great place to work with smart people who constantly test and iterate to find the best outcome. You can learn a lot about optimizing and performing in any role while helping non-profits raise more money.

Awesome company. Great people but sales pipeline is dried up and want to blame BDR's and AE's on lack of data. When we have leadership they're great.
