Great company to work for, good culture, good product, nothing bad to say apart the flat salary and no ability to over perform and get paid commission

Culture has shifted significantly. Leadership seems to be disjointed without much of a clear path. Pricing changes have moved further away from perceived value from customers. Long term plans are murky at best
