My overall experience has been amazing. It’s a company with purpose and what we do is unlike any other business. Small business owners are challenged with so many things day to day and Fusion is the solution. It gives real estate agent entrepreneurs and small service based owners their time back. As far as the company it’s a go getter company and with an inclusive culture and the ceo is in the trenches with you.

it is a toxic workplace in every sense of the word. Led like a cult. Constant Galsighting, lies and threats, many employees signed severance package in exchange for not writing accurate reviews of their experience.

Great company to work with! Very flexible and fully remote. The leadership in this organization is very strong and doesn't beat around the bush when giving feedback.
