Former Employee GE HealthCare was a positive place to work for most of my tenure. However, since the company split from GE, the culture, leadership, morale, and compensation have all declined significantly. Most in my role lost $50k in earnings potential. Many of my former colleagues are actively seeking opportunities elsewhere. Unfortunately, it’s no longer a good place to work.
Leadership has become biased, and some employees were unfairly pushed out of the company. It's disappointing to see how the company has changed.
