For anyone thinking about joining this company as a sales person, verify that install base and numbers that they quote you would be at would be correct. There is a lot of bait and switch - telling candidates overinflated numbers only to find out that you will not have any opportunity to turn business for 1-3 years. OTE is inflated, and the base is low… can you live only on your base?
