Only upmarket makes any good money - lower level sales roles are just a placeholder before an upmarket position opens up. No worry not hitting quota, not competitive, great for someone new to the workforce but really not sustainable for anyone with experience and compensation expectations. I was top of my team but the money just wasn’t there because small clients do not have the budget for the products

Purely from a sales standpoint, culture and Leadership are very solid. Organizationally there are many operational challenges to work against.
