Former Employee Culturally sound, though management plays favourites. Also, be prepared to switch up your roles. (eg Outbound to Onbound) on less than a weeks notice. No lead time for adjustment given; they expect you to outperform yourself wherever. Compensation is fair to good, but you need to work your ass off and be smart about things, though be wary of spies.
