My experience was a positive one, and it was a high class company to work for as far as the corporate message. But my division, Critical Care, had a lacking marketing dept and not enough sales messages to help the salesforce. Product was highly sophisticated and well received, but management ultimately ruled by metrics from another failing division, which ended up unnecessarily laying myself and 20 others off to save pennies after a stellar sales year

Getinge (on the sales side) is extremely discriminatory towards ethnic minorities. Minorities are hired at the lowest pay with no possibilities of advancement. The company is also a mess…. Lots of FDA issues, ship holds for products, back orders and pissed off customers. Leadership sucks, lots of nepotism, and tons of useless managers / leadership who drink the cool...Read More
