This was a great place to work back in the day, but the new leadership has destroyed the culture. It's a shame. Paul Hooper was a fantastic CEO, but the new CEO uses fear as a motivator. On top of that, he is so petty and insecure that he monitors how many people read his CEO note of the day on slack and compares it to Paul's likes and reaction numbers. Avoid at all costs.

Was great in 2023. Leadership changes are not telling a great story for Gigamon, the product is over priced and doesn't stand alone well for the software they're selling.
