Great leadership and culture! Relevant products and pipeline. In this industry your direct manager matters the most and GSK has the ability to hire, develop and keep great sales Managers.

The culture was one of intimidation. Not a pleasant place to work. What you did was never good enough.

In the day, there was no Commission on pharma sales. Annual company bonuses based on achieving targets. We had incentive trips to tropical locals which was great, (Presidents Club)
