Great. Competitive markets based on territory. Growth via acquisition can be good. Buying out competition. Making growth hard but renewals easier.

Cool company when I started but went downhill as they acquired small and large companies. Company culture just couldn’t withstand the shock of the rapid growth.

Great company with great leaders. Good upside. The main downsides are growing pains from fast expansion changing a lot of the great things about the company, the insurance is very expensive, and the base pay is relatively low.
