Overall leadership preaches transparency and encourages question asking but they do this to source any causes for concern. If you speak up, be careful. If you question te wrong thing, you might be on the chopping block. Leadership is spiteful.

Great company with fantastic product market fit. Very low turnover, especially compared to other tech companies. Feel very honored to work at such a mission driven company.
