My first sales job, which I did for 7 years. I wish I had left a bit sooner. Smartest thing I ever did was diversify myself as a sales person by leaving this company and not be pigeon holed as a food service sales rep. This company knows it’s hard for the sales reps to leave and walk away from the territory they have developed and they take advantage of their sales team because of this.
