My overall experience is not great. Yes, you get a decent base (I guess), a vehicle, phone, laptop and they pay for gas. Training is good information about the company but there is no continuous training or leadership/ career development opportunities. You do 10 things correct and 1 mess up they will scald you in front of everyone. Culture is family oriented to the point where nothing is confidential. HR is a nightmare here.
