Former Employee It's an entry level role where you can get paid 18-25$ per hour, as a leasing agent you will get exposed to a full sales cycle in a b2c context. I was not trained in a traditional sense, but I was allowed to experiment and fail and keep trying. It wasn't until I got sales training after the role I was able to see errors I made and how some of the advice/training I did get was only okay advice at best. My leadership was overall better than average and by it being a small team, I was really able to grow a lot.
