Current Employee Grimco is a solid company with good leadership, decent culture, and strong opportunities to grow your sales skills. That said, the comp plan lacks upside. I drove $5M+ in new/recaptured revenue in six months but earned nothing beyond 100% quota, no acceleration or overachievement bonus. The team-based commission structure also means individual effort can be diluted by others’ performance.
