Sales org is growing a lot. Great product market fit, but since I’ve joined the quotas have become very aggressive and the team is slowly becoming less and less likely to hit our targets Last month only 1 person hit quota, but all other months prior nearly everyone was hitting quota

Overall experience here fell very short of expectations. Leadership is cold and unsupportive. Culture is nonexistent. No autonomy in the role- not even owning your own calendar.
