Former Employee There a far better roles than this. I was hired for an AE position and then I was told in the first week that I was now an SDR. In talking to some of my colleagues I learned the pay changes 5 times in 2 months. Most of the “Top reps” weee unhappy and unmotivated because the “leadership” was incompetent and served only 1 function. To micromanage tasks that were seemingly unimportant. The solution doesn’t seem to work for the clients they are selling to because none of the deals stick. Complete waste of time and not a real tech job. 0/10
