Current Employee Consider themselves to be a startup when it’s actually one of the worlds largest companies and uses it as an excuse to exclude benefits such as Christmas parties, sales training, team building etc. Overly aggressive sales targets that aren’t based on any historical data, only goals to achieve a certain level of perceived success in the market. Leadership is non-existent. Consider yourself almost self-employed with this company the way it stands today.
