Thought they had product market fit for enterprise accounts, but they didnt. Hired for these roles with no plan in place to collect leads or develop product in timely fashion to meet the demand of the new segments they were targeting. VP saw the writing on the wall and left, leaving the org in total disarray.

All in all the skill development and culture was solid. The product was okay and average deal size was pretty small. Would be a lot better with a higher base salary to offset the small deals.

OK. Bad management and structure. The culture was horrible. Basically hand you the keys and drive to survive, no direction or feedback
